I was showing my mother how to make beadsprite art, and told her I could make anything, and she wanted a pink rose. I found a good example of a Perler flower, adapted a few colors, and had this done for her in 30 minutes.
It’s been a long time since I have ever really been making “gifts” for my mom. It kinda reminded me of the days of “Macaroni Art” we all made as kids, but way cooler. If you are into this kind of art, I highly suggest you make something for your mother, too. =)
This is the latest in a series of tutorials for building and ironing perler bead creations. There is a focus on the ironing as well as a new method for poking holes. The song in the beginning is written by me, and the other two songs by Silent Partner and Topher Mohr and Alex Elena.
